Description
FLP 3 spray coating granulator integrates spray drying and fluid bed granulation function.
One machine realizes the functions of two machines, which can save the experimental site and expense. It is an innovative product of spray granulation. Top spray and bottom spray are designed for our lab granulator, of which, the top spray is used for fluidized-bed granulation, while the bottom spray for fluidized-bed coating.
FLP fluid bed coating granulator adopts touch screen with a PLC control mode. Both the operating interface and operation manual are in English. At the same time, we also provide a video to demonstrate every operating step in detail, as if an engineer is by your side. Letting you know how to operate and make full use of the lab granulator.

A: Acceptable payment terms: T/T, L/C, Cash after signing the contract, firstdeposit 30% of total as prepayment, and rest 70% after approvement but before shipment
Q: Quality Warranty:
A: We guarantee all the machines are brand new; We guarantee every set of our machines after shipment have guarantee period 15 months, during warranty period we will provide technician debugging onsite, or free spare parts caused by the malfunction of machines. We guarantee we reply the user's bewilderment within 24 hrs after receive notification.

A: First we invite you to visit our factory, and negotiate the tecnnology and choose model of machines, and give feasible advice of each material. Secondly visit our factory to do FAT before shipment, give us your advice and we modify the machine if not meet the user's satisfaction. Lastly, we will dispatch at least 1 experienced and responsible technician to go abroad for commissioning and train the operators. lf no need onsite commissioning, we provide video guidance.
