This machine adopts one pair of rotating grinding blade to grind form damp material into column-shape granule by stainless steel sieve cylinder which is provided for pelletize in next process. The machine can obtain different size granule by changing the stainless steel sieve

XL series rotary granulator is applied in the industry of pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff. It grinds wet powder into granules and crushes powder block to grind.

When the pressure knife rotates, the powder material is pressurized and sent to the granulation knife. When the granulation knife rotates, the material is extruded out of the mesh by centrifugal force and curve thrust force to complete the granulation task. The output of 300-a two-sided discharging machine is 4 times higher than that of the swing granulator.
